Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Coordinator, Production Manager), you'll be responsible for coordinating and assigning work within a manufacturing department to maximize productivity, minimize cost, and maintain quality. Your duties will include overseeing daily operations, creating and maintaining operational reports, inspecting products to ensure specifications are met, reviewing production schedules and resources, and training new workers.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Associate’s degree acceptable).
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
