Service Technician

Role

As a Service Technician (also known as Field Service Technician, Equipment Maintenance Technician), you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining various types of air compressors and additional compressed air system components. You'll use precision measuring tools for diagnostic troubleshooting and will need to be familiar with all operations and parts manuals associated with the equipment. You'll also provide technical assistance on equipment installations and repairs, conduct safety assessments, and document service and installation activities.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years’ experience of troubleshooting industrial/commercial mechanical systems.
  • Advanced customer service skills, including conflict management and opportunity development/consulting.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
