As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, maintaining quality control, leading and training the production staff, and implementing safety protocols. You will also analyze production data to identify areas for improvement, collaborate with other departments, and assist in the development of production schedules.
