As a Production Supervisor (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Manager), you'll oversee daily production activities, manage a team of production workers, ensure consistent product quality, and implement improvements for enhanced efficiency. You'll also conduct regular training sessions, collaborate with other departments for resource coordination, and promptly resolve any production issues.
