Join our team as a Plant Maintenance Technician (also known as Industrial Machinery Technician, Maintenance Mechanic). You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery in a commercial laundry plant. Your role will also include performing preventative and predictive maintenance, maintaining daily repair logs, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of your work area.

• Competitive pay: $35 - $45/hour DOE, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
• Rotating shift schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts followed by 4, 12-hour shifts.
• Night shift availability.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, with basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers, with the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, welding, and piping systems.
• Proficiency in HVAC, heavy equipment repair, equipment troubleshooting, facilities maintenance, electrical troubleshooting skills, mechanical troubleshooting skills, hydraulics experience, machine safety inspections, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
