Path Engineering

As a Manufacturing Associate (also known as Plant Operator, Production Worker), you'll handle a variety of tasks such as material handling, boxing stock, loading/unloading of products, cutting tubes and rods, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas. You'll also assist other team members as needed, ensuring efficient operations throughout the facility.

• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Technical skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow work instructions, use a variety of hand and power tools, read a tape measure (both metric and standard), and obtain and maintain forklift certification.
• People skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of people at all levels of the organization. High ethical standards, values, personal integrity, and honesty.
• Communication skills: Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in various situations, listen and obtain clarification, and respond well to questions. Proficiency in writing clearly and concisely.
• Business skills: Ability to exercise sound judgement and discretion, work independently, use resources effectively, have strong critical thinking skills, judgement, attention to detail and accuracy, exceptional prioritization, time management and organizational skills.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, walk, use hands and fingers to grasp, handle or feel. Ability to lift up to 65 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently. Ability to communicate effectively in English by telephone, in person and in writing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
