Role

As a Project Manager (also known as Project Coordinator, Project Leader), you'll oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, team management, and budget control. You'll be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maintaining high quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the project.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; college education preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in the roofing industry.
  • 30-Hour OSHA Construction certification, First Aid/CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogen training.
  • Knowledgeable in administrative procedures, including word processing, file management, and office terminology.
  • Skilled in business and management principles such as strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
  • Experienced in customer service principles, including needs assessment, quality standards, and satisfaction evaluation.
