Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be responsible for overseeing all employees within your department. Your tasks will include training employees, planning and directing work, appraising performance, resolving conflicts, and ensuring high-quality production. You'll also be expected to maintain inventory, coordinate with maintenance, and enforce company policies and procedures.

• High School Diploma required, Associate's degree or relevant college coursework preferred.
• 2-5 years of prior lead and/or supervisory experience.
