Role

As a Sanitation Supervisor (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, Sanitation Coordinator), you'll be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the activities of the plant sanitation program. You will direct plant supervision activities to produce quality products through effective and cost-efficient sanitation programs. You will also provide leadership and guidance to the sanitation team, manage sanitation improvement projects, and oversee sanitation environmental control programs.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science or equivalent education and experience in sanitary production of food and government regulations regarding food operations.
  • 2+ years’ experience in Quality, Laboratory, or Production experience with emphasis on Quality Control.
  • Knowledge in HACCP, Microbiology, Sanitation, Chemical Safety, Pest Control, and Quality Systems.
