Role

As a Plant Administrator (also known as HR Assistant, Office Administrator), you'll provide assistance and support to all plant personnel. Your responsibilities will include payroll processing, plant statistical reporting, safety compliance, benefits administration, office services, event planning, and employee communications. You'll also assist with HR tasks such as benefits administration, worker's compensation, and unemployment claims. You'll oversee updates and maintenance of employee records, resolve payroll discrepancies, and contribute to company-wide projects for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • H.S. Diploma or GED. Certification or degree from an office assistant program preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years office related experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and knowledge of HRIS and payroll software.
