Path Engineering

As a Production Manager (also known as Plant Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager), you'll oversee all areas of plant operations, ensuring safe, cost-efficient, and timely production of goods. You'll coordinate materials and inventories, manage production scheduling, and drive process improvement and optimization. You'll also be responsible for employee skill development, adherence to operational budgets, and compliance with all legal requirements.

• Associate / Technical Degree in a related field with five years of management experience in high volume manufacturing.
