As a Warehouse Operations Manager (also known as Logistics Manager, Warehouse Director), you'll oversee all warehouse functions, including operations, transportation, personnel, and customer service. You'll be responsible for developing the annual facility budget, setting performance objectives, ensuring safety and compliance, and representing the company to all warehouse customers.

• College degree in business, logistics or management plus 5-8 years in warehousing and/or logistics management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years general supervisory/management experience.
• Proficiency in planning, staffing, budgeting, and organizing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Software and Ammonia Refrigeration Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
