Join our team as a Production Associate (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator). In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, ensuring the availability of quality products for our customers. Your duties will include packing, moving, and preparing products for shipment in a distribution center setting. You'll follow established procedures to meet production specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Operating machinery safely, blending and mixing ingredients, monitoring product quality, and maintaining accurate production records will also be part of your responsibilities.

• Competitive pay rate of $21.19, with eligibility for overtime.
• 2nd shift hours, from 2pm - 10:30pm.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate with all departments and levels within the business unit.
• Experience as a Batch Maker is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with SAP and forklift operation is preferred but not required.
• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the day.
• Experience with hazardous materials and working in a manufacturing environment.
