Path Engineering

As a Technician (also known as Electro-Mechanical Technician, Mechatronics Technician), you'll troubleshoot and perform repairs on manufacturing and facilities support systems, including Injection Molding machines, DE-testers, Robots, etc. You'll demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills in disciplines such as Electrical, Mechanical, Fluid Power, and Machine tool. You'll also provide support and training for set-up mechanics, participate in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) events, and assist with the implementation of Lean/Excel requirements.

• Competitive pay of $28.81 per hour, plus a $1/hour shift differential.
• Quarterly Attendance Bonus - potential to earn up to $600 quarterly.
• Production Bonus - potential to earn up to a 10% monthly bonus on gross monthly income based on plant hitting production goals.

• Minimum of 5 years of prior experience, with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic troubleshooting, repair and maintenance, or a combination of schooling in Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics and work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, detail-oriented with good organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
