Path Engineering

As a Production Group Leader (also known as Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Team Lead), you'll be the first line leader, coordinating daily activities to meet production requirements and ensuring the success of your team. You'll create an environment of continuous improvement, empower team members, and work towards eliminating waste and improving lean operations. You'll also serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues.

• 1st Shift, Weekend, Friday - Sunday - 5am- 5pm.

• 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel).
• Strong problem-solving skills and basic understanding of process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban and Lean manufacturing.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, standing for long periods of time, manual dexterity and lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance.
