As a B2B Customer Service Specialist (also known as Customer Support Specialist, Customer Relations Associate), you'll provide exceptional support to all customers and internal stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, tracking and updating customer purchase orders, preparing and sending invoices, scheduling production, and coordinating truck bookings.
