Path Engineering

As an Operations Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll be responsible for leading and managing a key department within our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be part of the Operations Leadership Team and report to the Senior Director of Operations. You'll be tasked with delivering critical targets, including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree or 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience in an FDA or ISO-regulated manufacturing environment and previous people leadership experience.
• Familiarity leading and facilitating lean manufacturing Kaizen events (Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, SMED, Standard Work, etc.) with sustained results.
