As a Maintenance Lead (also known as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Team Lead), you'll guide a team of technicians, delegate work orders, provide technical expertise, and actively participate in maintenance activities. You'll ensure safety standards, lead by example, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree, certification or higher within a technical field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles in maintenance.
• Experience with various hand and power tools, welders, lifts, multi-meters, industrial shop equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for process and instrumentation diagrams, and repair variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems, PLC input/output cards, and safety modules.
• Excellent use of computer and software skills such as MS office, excel, word, and email.
• Experience with a CMMS system.
