Path Engineering

As a Production Line Lead (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Team Lead), you'll oversee and optimize our production processes during the 2nd shift (Monday – Friday with Rotating Saturdays) (3:00 pm - 1:30 am). Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, ensuring product quality, maintaining machinery, and leading a team of production employees.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing automated filling environment, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a quality focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate a computer to pull reports and specifications.
• Comfortable working in a factory environment with varying temperatures, strong fumes, and high noise levels.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) and lift, push, pull and carry up to 60 pounds.
