Role

As a Tool Mechanic (also known as Equipment Mechanic, Tool Technician), you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fabrication of various tools and machinery used in manufacturing processes. This includes conducting routine inspections, performing repairs and maintenance tasks, testing repaired tools, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all repaired tools meet safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in mechanical systems and knowledge of tools and equipment commonly used in the industry.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inspections and repairs.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Clear communication skills to interact with colleagues and provide training when necessary.
  • Experience in Quality Inspection, Heavy Equipment Repair, Facilities Maintenance, Mechanical Troubleshooting, and Tool/Die/Mold Repair.
