Path Engineering

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer), you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery. You'll perform preventative and predictive maintenance, maintain and secure work tools, and adhere to all safety procedures. Your role will also involve frequent communication with production associates and management.

• Competitive pay ranging from $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Stable work schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00am - 12:30pm with occasional weekend preventive maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in the industrial/commercial linen industry.
• Proficiency in HVAC, construction equipment maintenance, heavy equipment repair, equipment troubleshooting, and facilities maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, and plumbing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Excellent reading, writing, math, communication, and computer skills.
