Customer Service Representative

Role

As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Sales Representative, Customer Relations Officer), you'll oversee all aspects of sales, manage new and existing customer relationships, and work towards the continuous improvement of the sales and marketing process. You'll also be responsible for handling customer queries, preparing customer quotations, conducting sales calls, and attending industry trade shows. A background in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is essential, as you'll be working closely with the production team to meet customer needs and expand existing business relationships.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience or related training.
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Infor Visual a plus.
