Role

As an Operations Specialist (also known as Operations Coordinator, Operations Associate), you'll manage continuous improvement systems, coordinate audits, lead management meetings, and support training strategies. You'll also provide direction in the absence of a supervisor, assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues, oversee scheduling and material management, and ensure product and information flow. You'll be responsible for time studies, improving production processes, maintaining lot traceability, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in an operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/WMS preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing systems like SAP.
  • Ability to read, understand, and carry out written/verbal instructions.
