Path Engineering

As a Brewing Operator (also known as Fermentation Operator, Brewing Technician), you'll operate and maintain brewing equipment, ensure consistent product quality, troubleshoot issues, and adhere to safety standards. You'll also be cross-trained in areas such as kitting, batching, laboratory work, filtration, raw material unloading, control room operations, and inventory management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience or a combination of similar experience and computer skills.
• Proficiency in the use of computer and software skills such as MS Office, Teams, and email.
• Brewing/fermentation and filtration experience (centrifuge, reverse osmosis, etc.) - highly preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage well under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
