Join our Production Management Development Program as a Production Operations Manager (also known as Operations Supervisor, Production Supervisor). You will acquire the necessary knowledge to manage operations, assist upper management, apply quality control standards, train staff, and manage production resources. This role involves a comprehensive 8-10 month technical training program, after which you will be fully equipped to maximize production throughput and ensure safety protocols.
