Path Engineering

As a Die Setter (also known as Punch Press Operator, Metal Stamping Operator), you'll be responsible for setting up and operating punch presses, diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in the training and development of operators. You'll also be responsible for machine reporting paperwork and daily housekeeping.

• 1-3 years of experience in setup and operation of punch presses.
• Prior experience in a metal stamping facility – understanding of progressive dies also needed.
• Prior experience in the use of measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Good attendance is critical in this role.
