Path Engineering

As a Die Setter (also known as Punch Press Operator, Metal Stamping Specialist), you'll be responsible for setting up and performing all punch press work, diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions, maintaining and operating multiple punch presses, and ensuring the quality standard of parts. You may also assist in the training and development of operators.

• 1-3 years of experience in setup and operation of punch presses.
• Prior experience in a metal stamping facility – understanding of prog dies also needed.
• Prior experience in the use of measuring equipment (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. Excellent attendance is critical in this role.
