Path Engineering

As a General Helper - Probationary Training (also known as Manufacturing Assistant, Production Operator), you'll assist operators and helpers of corrugating and converting machinery, including setup, operation, and clean up. This role operates on a full-time hourly basis, with a 4-days-on, 4-days-off shift pattern from 6pm to 6am, with no mandatory overtime.

• Competitive pay rate ranging from $21.86/hr. up to $29.98/hr.

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, communicate effectively, work well with others, and willingness to cross-train on multiple positions.
• Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices, read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and good housekeeping.
• Proficiency in excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with packaging machines, corrugated cutting machine, palletizer, flexographic printing press, forklifts, clamp truck, corrugator unit, and box folding machine.
• Candidates must successfully complete an online Operations test and Interview. Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment Health Assessment, Drug Screen, and Background Check, prior to starting work.
