Overhead Crane Technician

Role

As an Overhead Crane Technician (also known as Crane Maintenance Technician, Crane Service Technician), you'll be responsible for performing field maintenance, routine inspections, preventative and complex repairs requiring a strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting background. You'll also perform spot checks to ensure the highest level of quality and workmanship, work in a safety-first environment, and provide consultative recommendations regarding the repair and safety-related concerns to the customer.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing/industrial electrical / mechanical experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical theory of power and controls, mechanical systems of cranes/hoists, and simple structural elements.
  • Understanding of the OSHA/ANSI standard.
  • Ability to work 8 to 12-hour shift work, which can include Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet our driving requirements.
