Join our Production Management Development Program as a Trainee Operations Manager (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Manager). You'll undergo an 8-10 month technical training program, after which you'll assist upper management with daily operations, apply statistical process control standards, develop and train staff, manage equipment and production, and enforce safety procedures.
