Path Engineering

As a Safety Coordinator (also known as Safety Officer, Safety Manager), you'll oversee and implement safety programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations. Your duties will include conducting safety audits, providing training, fostering a culture of safety within the organization, and serving as the primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns.

• Work in a high mix, quick turn, and ISO 9001 2015 certified sheet metal and structural fabrication facility.
• Opportunity to work with a diverse range of industries including energy, power generation, oil and gas, automotive, electric vehicle, and aerospace.
• State-of-the-art facility with advanced equipment like CNC Fiber Lasers, CNC punch presses, CNC press brakes, and tube lasers.

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Health, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Proficient in leadership, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing Principles, and ISO 9001 Certification Experience.
• Proficient in Spanish language.
