Path Engineering

As a Production Operator (also known as Fabrication Operator, Manufacturing Operator), you'll perform fabrication, machining, painting, and assembly operations to mass-produce and ship heavy truck axle and suspension systems. Your duties will include operating various machines, tracking and recording produced product and scrap, conducting equipment changeovers, and communicating with supervisors and peers about production issues.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3-6 months of related experience in a production manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency in welding setups for production, mechanical assembly skills, machine setups for production runs, and basic computer skills.
• Experience with various machines and technologies such as CNC Mill, MIG Welder, CNC Lathe, Press Brake, Robotic Welder, Overhead Crane, Measurement Gauges, Forklifts, and Paint Sprayer.
• Ability to pass a fit for duty physical, a pre-employment drug & alcohol test, as well as a background screen.
