Path Engineering

As a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor (also known as Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Coordinator), you'll be responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the work of the Maintenance Staff. You'll ensure safe and efficient operations of equipment throughout the facility, manage a team of 6 to 8 Maintenance Technicians during a 12-hour shift, and provide immediate assistance and instruction as needed.

• 2-5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, follow and understand mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings, schematics manuals and manufacturers’ specifications.
• Excellent planning, leadership, and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of safety procedures (PPE, LOTO, Confined Space equipment, etc.).
• Computer skills with capability in email, MS Office and related communication tools.
