Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Shift Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee the daily operations of a 12-hour production shift, ensuring safety, quality, cost, delivery, and productivity results. You'll supervise a team of at least 20 hourly employees, troubleshoot complex processes, and manage equipment. You'll also be responsible for boosting morale, assessing training needs, and fostering team development.
