Role

As a Die Setter (also known as Tool and Die Maker, Mold Setter), you'll be responsible for starting the machine to obtain the first run workpiece, verifying dimensional tolerances, coordinating and pre-staging items for die change, loading parts into the machine, troubleshooting equipment failures, and setting up and programming new jobs. You'll also monitor the press for proper operation and report any malfunctions or problems.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, machine setups for production runs, and tool/die/mold repair skills.
  • Good math skills and basic computer skills.
  • Forklift license and a valid driver's license.
