• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of plastic blow mold and packaging.
• 3 or more years of experience leading a team.
• Strong technical and mechanical background.
• Proficient computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Clear understanding and utilization of Lean Manufacturing Principles, 5S, and Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills.
