Path Engineering

As a Cell Associate (also known as Cell Operator, Manufacturing Associate), you will be responsible for performing multiple tasks within a work cell. This includes setting up and running multiple pieces of equipment, adhering to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, productivity, and housekeeping standards, and meeting daily throughput requirements. You will also be expected to perform various process steps such as auto winding, lead straightening, molding, cut & fold, loading, deflashing, printing/laser, testing, soldering, cleaning, coating/varnishing, visual inspection, and packaging.

• Competitive pay range of $18.50-$20.00/hour.

• High School education or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and have basic arithmetic skills.
