Role

As a Technical Support Agent (also known as Technical Support Specialist, Technical Customer Support), you'll provide essential services and assist in resolving technical problems related to elevator control systems. Your responsibilities will include working directly with customers, analyzing and verifying the proper operation of control options, articulating technical information in a clear and concise manner, and documenting customer issues and resolution steps.

Qualifications
  • AA or Technical Degree in Electronics (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3-5 years of hands-on technical work experience in a customer support environment, preferably related to elevator systems.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including fluency in English.
