Regional HR Manager

Role

As a Regional Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Operations Manager, HR Business Partner), you will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will serve as the primary contact for managers and employees on HR-related matters, manage HR reports and records, and assist with payroll processing. This role involves a significant amount of hands-on participation and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • BS degree in HR Management/Business Management.
  • 5-10 years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge and application of HR laws and regulations.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.
