Path Engineering

As a Factory Supervisor (also known as Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee, organize, and direct activities of a specific product packaging segment within the production department. Your role will involve ensuring high levels of employee engagement, safety, service, quality, inventory control, and customer service for a designated shift, with the aim of delivering targeted financial results.

• High School Diploma, G.E.D or equivalent degree. Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Operations Management or related field is preferred. Alternatively, a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a filling/packaging environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a filling and packaging environment; cosmetics or pharmaceutical experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA Safety Requirements, SAP or related inventory management system, LEAN manufacturing principles.
