Role

As a Team Leader (also known as Operations Supervisor, Maintenance Manager), you'll be responsible for employee safety, implementing strategic initiatives, fostering a positive work culture, supporting employee growth, and driving business results. You'll also be expected to manage site-specific maintenance plans, financial performance, customer relationships, and performance metrics. Your role will involve promoting continuous improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or a related field preferred or seven years of operations / maintenance experience.
  • Three years of supervisory experience with a strong focus on development of employees.
  • Resilient and flexible, able to multitask and prioritize with an innate ability to understand and accept change and motivate others around change.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build positive business relationships and show a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
  • Proficient in Customer Service, Leadership / People Management, Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing Principles, Budgeting / Forecasting Experience.
