Path Engineering

As a Rotary Die Cutter Operator (also known as Machine Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for all activities associated with running rotary die cutters. This includes setup, operation, cleanup, and recommending improvements to operations. You'll also ensure all bolts on cutting dies are securely fastened, inspect anilox rolls for damage, and monitor box quality. You'll be expected to maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed, and adhere to the production schedule.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years related experience or training in the corrugated industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and good mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and follow established processes.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
