Role

As an IT Support Administrator (also known as IT Support Specialist, IT Technician), you'll provide first-level support for IT-related issues, maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals, and assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts. You'll also contribute to the implementation of new technologies and projects, ensuring our IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with less than 2 years of IT support experience or in lieu of a degree, two plus years of hands-on experience with systems, network, and infrastructure administration.
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems, Android tablets, and common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
