Role

As an Equipment Service Associate (ESA), also known as Equipment Maintenance Technician or Automation Specialist, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and modifying manufacturing and test equipment. You'll focus on enhancing system uptime and reliability, managing equipment modifications for process changes, new models, and expansions, and maintaining and updating all process documentation. A strong commitment to safe work practices is essential in this role.

Qualifications
  • Associate Degree in a technical manufacturing discipline with at least 2 years of experience in automation/PLC controls, industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems, and PC controls. Alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 4 years of technical maintenance experience, including 2 years in automation/PLC controls, industrial maintenance, mechanical, electronic systems, and PC controls.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
  • Willingness to work overtime and holidays as required, and pass a technical knowledge assessment and a hands-on electrical troubleshooting proficiency test.
