Path Engineering

As a Service Dispatcher (also known as Service Coordinator, Field Service Scheduler), you'll be responsible for dispatching service technicians to install, service, and repair various appliances. Your duties will include reviewing work orders, prioritizing technician schedules, liaising with supply vendors, and maintaining records of repairs and installations. You'll also provide back-up to the customer service team and work closely with the field service supervisor to improve productivity and service quality.
