Path Engineering

As a Machine Operator (also known as Adjuster Trainee), you'll operate and maintain envelope manufacturing machines, perform checks and roll changes, clear jams, maintain ink and gum levels, and perform viscosity testing. You'll also have the opportunity to make print changes, window changes, and full changes. This role includes entry-level Machine Packer Training and requires a basic understanding of machine operation.

• Competitive starting wage of $19/hr or higher depending on experience + $2/hr 3rd shift premium.
• Stable work schedule: 3rd shift 11pm – 7am; Training is on 1st shift 7am – 3pm, Mon - Fri / Sat required during busy season/based on business needs.

• 3 years of relevant mechanical experience.
• Intermediate-Advanced ability to set up, troubleshoot, and repair machines.
• Basic math skills and the ability to accurately read a ruler; basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to handle regular standing, walking, carrying, climbing, reaching, bending, stooping, and lifting/moving up to 55 pounds with assistance.
