Role
As a Customer Service Representative (also known as Client Service Specialist, Customer Support Associate), you'll foster enduring relationships with clients, streamline communication between departments, vendors, and customers, manage lead-times, and contribute to business performance improvement. You'll also have the opportunity to cross-sell products and eliminate order errors. This role operates on a 1st shift schedule, typically from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

- 4 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably related to steel.
- Superior computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access databases.
