As a Production Manager (also known as Plant Operations Manager), you will be responsible for overseeing plant operations, ensuring product quality, reducing waste, and managing resources effectively. You will also be tasked with developing future leaders through mentorship and coaching, and fostering a safe working environment. Your role will involve strategic thinking, data analysis, and process improvement, with a focus on meeting customer expectations and achieving company goals.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a related field preferred or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years related experience in a manufacturing environment.
