Role

As a Service Coordinator (also known as Operations Coordinator, Service Operations Specialist), you'll be instrumental in the day-to-day operations of your assigned area. Your key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating the schedules and routes of Service Teams, managing customer orders for service requests, and participating in process improvement initiatives. You'll also oversee and track job statuses, prepare quotes for service repairs, and act as a liaison between customers and the office.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a dispatching or scheduling environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, and experience with CRM systems like Sage, SAP, and Salesforce.
