Path Engineering

As a Production Supervisor (also known as Plant Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee plant floor operations, manage production, and ensure quality control. You'll work closely with your team to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce waste, cut costs, and enhance quality, all while maintaining safety standards. Your role will also involve training and mentoring manufacturing floor employees, fostering their professional development.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering or a related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and statistical information.
• Technical knowledge of equipment design, cost issues, budget development, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
